Amazing place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and clean non-smoking rooms. The staff even helped me find my lost earring during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a cozy stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Our experience was marred by children running rampant in the hallways, creating a chaotic atmosphere. The front desk staff seemed disinterested and uninformed about the situation regarding maintenance issues. the cleanliness left much to be desired, especially with worn-out bedding that should have been replaced long ago.

We stayed for a night with our cat after her surgery. The staff was super helpful in getting us a pet-friendly room, which was a relief! The breakfast had some nice choices, and the location felt cozy. Just a heads up, the smoke smell in the building was pretty strong, so if you're sensitive to that, keep it in mind.

The first floor reeked of smoke, making it hard to breathe, while the peeling wallpaper and mold made my family's stay quite distressing.

I appreciated the comfortable bedding and warm ambiance on a chilly night. It felt like a real refuge after a long day of travel, with a cozy atmosphere embracing us.
